Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags). The ice machine in the refrigerator was also not operational.

Nice stay for weekend in Philadelphia. Music from club next door was loud until midnight one night. Breakfast was a little skimpy. Also parking was a bit of an issue. Neighborhood was great with a lot to do.

Dirty, terrible smell all areas. Hallway wirh vomit or food all over the floor. The door in our room was damage didn't close properly, sheets looked stained (not sure if they change them), the bathtub not clean. We didn't feel safe. Parking lot was full, when we came just one spot was available. ...
