We had a good stay here in Caen. They offered a nice breakfast of pastries. Parking was very difficult to find on the street, especially with a market coming in the morning so spots were limited.

"The property is very conveniently located and in an interesting area. The rooms are clean but we had numerous flies. Not sure where they all came from but there were a lot!
