It was good as it had free car park. Bad things had no WiFi available or own mobile data wasn’t working. The bed was shaking and keeps moving . Was in the middle of nowhere! Had no breakfast service either . No tv

Lovely for a one-night stop-over. Pet friendly but no dogs allowed in the eating area.

Nice grounds. Location was far from any town so we had to use Uber all the time. This increased our costs. Breakfast was pricey and not offered as part of the stay. Room had no microwave or refrigerator. Was ok for the money.

Staff friendly and helpful. Our bedroom needed a USB socket and decor was clean but tired. The windows in our room had not been cleaned for a good time, whilst at the hotel entrance they were clean. Two seats in reception doorway were damaged giving a poor first impression. I feel that the £5 per night car park charge should be refunded for resident guests. Overall decor needs an update as it appears to show little or no recent investment in this hotel. Restaurant food was good and staff very helpful. The main reason we booked was to use the pool area which was adequate.

Hotel has a very spacious car park and close to the city centre. Inside it was very grand with beautiful furnishings. The reception and check-in were extremely friendly and helpful….thank you Carly. Some of the bedrooms have had a major make over and we had one of these. Ginormous comfy bed and lovely modern bathroom. We also had an accessible room at the back of the hotel that meant no steps for my mother, which was a real bonus. The bar was wonderful and luxurious. Breakfast had a huge range from croissants, toast, yoghurts, fruit, cereal and of course an excellent hot breakfast. If you are visiting Birmingham centre you couldn’t ask for a better hotel.
