"Staff was great, great breakfast, it’s near a train and bus station speaks for itself as far as area. Parking is funky but cheap. Room was clean halls smelled good. "

The front desk staff named Jasmine was very rude and very mean tone with an attitude. Was not helpful when asked where we can order food from."

"My room didn’t have any towels, and when I went to the front office, there was no one there for about 10 minutes. I had to wait, my towels were then given to me, but that was quite an inconvenience after a long day. Also, I questioned the cleanliness of my room because there was hair that wasn’t mine in quite a few places. "

"The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was well decorated with a large bathroom. The only negative was that some of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful - a little unusual for a casino. "

"The staff was great. The room was sparse. I was on the first floor at my request. Outside our window for 2 days was trash. I asked them to remove it on the third day. They were very apologetic and explained they had somebody out sick So I totally understood. We had our dog with us, and they made us very comfortable with having him there. Nice people just a very average hotel."
