LONGEVILLE SUR MER, in a prime location near the forest and 800m from the beach, this house in a holiday residence boasts a private garden and a parking space in front. It comprises a main living/dining room with a kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140cm), and a third cabin bedroom (without a window) with a double bed (140cm). There is also a shower room (shower, sink) and a separate toilet.
Amenities include: dishwasher, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob and electric oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, electric griddle, small television, electric coffee maker, crockery and cutlery, garden furniture, and an outdoor solar shower for rinsing off after the beach.
Location: approximately 800m from Les Conches beach and 4300m from the center of Longeville sur Mer. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Optional cleaning service available upon reservation for €100. Bed linen and towels are not provided; these are available as an optional extra upon reservation. Please bring proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage. Holiday vouchers are accepted. Electricity consumption is extra. One pet is welcome for €25.
