Feels private with million dollars views but simple, comfortable furnishings. 2 blocks from the beach, equipped with paddle boards and all the beach essentials. Charming and affordable. Walkable to Coquina Beach and North Longboat restaurants and destinations. No boats please.

Great spot for beach walkers
We like to walk beaches and look for shells, there are amazing beaches just a very short walk from this property. The view from the living room and patio is beautiful. In summary, we booked it again for a stay next winter. Looking forward to coming back.

A wonderful place!
Although not fancy, it is what the doctor ordered for sun starved people. The short easy walk to the beach and the walks around Beercan Island were wonderful. We are very grateful to have stayed here.

Longboat Pass Condo
The condo is small but well equipped. The view from the back sliding door of the bay is just beautiful..and it is a 5 minute walk to the gulf. North Longboat is very quiet and a great place to walk and bike ride. Great restaurants within walking distance.

This is our second stay here and has been absolutely perfect! The location is excellent, the views are beautiful and just a short walk to the crystal clear beach! The attention to detail with this property is superb! All you have to do is show up and enjoy your vacation! We absolutely love Longboat Key and love staying here and can't wait to spend our next anniversary here!
