Lake Jocassee ~ Easy Lake Access ~ Loved By Our Guests ~ Pet Friendly
10/10 Excellent
"Make sure to bring any food/groceries with you! The closest thing felt hours away (obviously it wasn't but on vacation it felt that way). However, that was the beauty of it. Surrounded by nature not people! Renting a boat and jet skis were effortles. And the best part, it's a very short drive to park. Definitely not walking distance. Very clean and comfy. If I could say the only negatives were spiders covered the porches and walkways. A little curbside update might be nice to align with the photos but the overall function was good."
Jocassee Valley cabin- Free Park Pass
8/10 Good
"Overall we had a good stay. The cabin itself was clean, towels were provided in the bathroom. Check-in/out was contactless and went smoothly. The cabin is on the same property as two other rental buildings, which wasn't a problem for us. Be aware that the queen bed is extremely soft (I'm usually not picky but I'm glad I was the only one on it). I tried to contact the host to double check that I had the cancellation/refund date correct (I was struggling to find it again after I booked) due to weather concerns and I got an AI response. I was not going to be upset if someone had just replied "it is too late for a refund", but I didn't even get a human, just basically AI spitting my words back at me. This is their business and not just their personal vacation joke they are renting out, so I would expect a bit more. Overall decent for a budget stay."
Secluded cabin surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, wildlife, and 50,000 acres
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay here! Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of spices, pots and pans, and tools for the grill (also fyi for others who might be packing up to come- there is a hair dryer). Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Hate to say anything negative at all bc we would stay here again but- not the most comfortable mattress to sleep on, I think a memory foam topper would help a lot. Maybe it was just more firm than we are used to. Absolutely loved having coffee in the front porch room with the beautiful forest view from the windows. We really enjoyed making s’mores around the fire pit, there was plenty of firewood (there’s also a few marshmallow roasting sticks in a bottom kitchen drawer). Thank you for allowing us to stay!"

BEAUTIFUL Newly Built Retreat w/Private Marina Boat Slip at Upper Lake Keowee!!!
10/10 Excellent
"We had the best time staying here! From the moment we booked, Ray was incredibly responsive and helpful. Before we even arrived, he answered all of our questions, and after check-in he was quick to help us figure out where to park our boat. He explained the best marina to launch from and gave us clear directions on where to park our trailer and what slot to dock our boat, which made everything so much easier. The house is even more beautiful in person and was spotless when we arrived. We had two families coming together from North Carolina and Illinois — a total of 10 adults and 1 child — and everyone had plenty of space to spread out without ever feeling crowded. The neighborhood’s private marina is about a 5 minute walk from the house. There are a few hills along the way, so be prepared for a little walk, but it’s absolutely worth it for the convenience and beautiful setting. One of the coolest parts of our stay was seeing wildlife around the neighborhood—we spotted a black bear outside the gate and several deer during our trip!We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family vacation and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
North Keowee Family Lake House on Private Cove With Dock / 5 MIN FROM JOCASSEE
10/10 Excellent
"The house was perfect for our family. Second year we have stayed here. Two new sit on top kayaks and a bathroom added to the bunk room were excellent additions to our stay. We had a wonderful few days on the lake."
Charming 4-bedroom farmhouse w/ WiFi, AC in lovely Eastatoee Valley, Sunset, SC.
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect location between Table Rock and Lake Jocassee! This is a farmhouse that has been in the same family for a long time. We enjoyed the views, comfy beds and peace. The 3 rocking chairs on the front porch were our favorite place for morning coffee. Clean, cozy and inviting. Joe was great communicating and answering all of our pre-trip questions. We took day trips to Table Rock and Lake Jocassee. Added bonus was the easy, short hike to see twin falls, which is a can't miss easy morning or evening local attraction. Lots of deer, turkey and a black bear sighting. Thank you for our amazing getaway before we head back to school!"

Upper Lake Keowee Waterfront! Covered Dock/Jetports. Mountain Serenity.
10/10 Excellent
"Great Lake property for a family getaway. Host is very responsive and helpful. Kids enjoyed the lake and the house was clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies. Definitely would return. We got a golf cart which helped a ton for a walk to the lake, but still walkable for sure."
