We had a full kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher. Didn’t use it much, but great it was there.
The fridge made a loud buzzing when it cycled on, the staff came and unplugged it, then took one of our three nights off the bill.
Enjoyed the rooftop terrace.
Well above average continental breakfast.
Convenient Midtown location.
Would stay here again.

Great location and very convenient, clean, modern room with lots of storage and enough space for 4 to sleep comfortably. We appreciated the kitchen that made our breakfast easy every morning. Nice and free laundry facilities (bring your own detergent).
Why not 5 stars?
- The room only had a built-in desk and one chair. It would be nice to put some round table and 3 more chairs there, especially that there was enough space for it. Having a full kitchen but no place to eat was a bit strange.
- Communication was mixed. They never responded to my messages on Expedia (regarding early check in). I ended up finding the hotel's direct website, registered there, for which I got an SMS from a number to which I was able to text back and get response immediately. As the hotel is listed on Expedia, it would be nice if they responded to standard platform's messaging like other hotels do, without me finding out ways to contact them.

"It was great other than that it is a full smoking casino. So well, even though the hotel and the pool were no smoking, it did tend to linger in to there. the only place that didn't smell like smoke was our room. I just wish they advertised it because we probably would have not gone as me and my boyfriend ..."
