Loved the location, loved the downstairs cafe and generally staff were pretty good. What I didnt like was:
-They moved us to the fourth floor - the lift only went to the 3rd. Quite difficult when youre in your seventies and lugging suitcases up a very narrow stairway
- On the morning of departure the lift was completely out of order so had to lug our suitcases down four flights
- The room was small. Very small.
- I couldnt sit on the toilet as it was very close to the facing wall
- Each morning a very strong sewerage smell would waft up and into our window. What a stink !

We were welcomed by Emily at Front of House who was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really made us welcome.
My only disappointment was due to booking through Expedia only 1 breakfast was included whereas if we had booked direct both guests would receive breakfast.
Otherwise the stay was ideal.
The area is great, 10 minute walk to most places, circular quay, the rocks, old sydney, the shopping area in Pitt Street.
