We've been here before and had a lovely great day, the staff were very helpful and the room was great. Although I would say that the mattress was a lot firmer last the last time we stayed there was also quite a bit of dust on top of some of the tables and also the shower body wash had not been refilled from i assume the last guests visit. Other than that, we did enjoy our visit.

I haven't stayed in a hotel with such a poor level of maintenance and cleanliness for a long time. Overall, I would describe the property as declining, and my guest room as shabby. Multiple issues of dirty, damaged, unclean and unfit items within the room including fittings, decor and plumbing. Honestly, it's been a long time since I felt this uncomfortable staying in a hotel. The experience left me feeling uneasy.
