Shabby exterior

Posted 25-Sep-2016
Pros: Staff was pleasant
Cons: Improve the stairwells and outside walkways
Location: Located in a strip mall type environment
This is a very old motel with all the rooms entered by outside doors. There were lots of people milling around outside to smoke. If we had not been assigned a room on the upper level on the corner that was somewhat off the beaten track I probably would have left to stay elsewhere. That being said the room inside was clean and linen was fresh. We left behind an item. The cleaning staff turned it in and we had relatives pick it up for us so they get a four for honest staff. All in all I didn't really feel safe there and even though it is the closest motel to our family I will not stay here again.

Upscale location

I travel a lot and the average hotel has a continental breakfast. For the price I paid I expected to see just that. To my surprise I found fresh cooked scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, breads, muffins, pastries and what not. I will return here for future stays.

Pleasant, last minute surprise.

Found this motel in a pinch and was pleasantly surprised at the spacious, clean room with the air conditioner already set to 'Arctic'--just the way I like it. The bathroom was very small but served it's purpose. The shower had great ledge space for toiletries & for propping a foot while shaving legs.

Very comfortable hotel

Posted 12-Sep-2016
Pros: Easily accessible, affordable but still comfortable and clean.
Cons: The parking areas could be wider. It was hard to maneuver around when parking was full.
Location: Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby.
Very comfortable accommodations and staff are very helpful and courteous. Some wider parking areas would be helpful, but overall not a bad experience.

Fair for the price and small room

Posted 29-Aug-2016
Bathroom can use an upgrade, the door wouldn't close properly, it would get stuck and required a hard push to get it unstuck. Room was small, but the bed was good and rest of room clean and the customer service was great and friendly.

Clean, comfortable hotel

Posted 11-Aug-2016
Loved the bed!! For the first time in 5 years, I woke up in the morning without back pain. Very comfortable bed!! Only stayed one night, but the room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and check out was easy. Continental breakfast was mediocre. Eggs and sausage were definitely not fresh. They were reheated, prepackeaged frozen items. I'm gluten-free so there were limited items I could actually choose from.

We stayed at Day's Inn for four nights. Due to some error we were allotted a smoking room. But on reaching the room I called the front desk they shifted me to a non-smoking room even though it was available for two nights only. The next day they confirmed that we could stay in the room for our entire stay. The breakfast was regular fare. The hotel I located close to shopping and restaurants.
