It is a Short 5 Minute Walk to the Beach and Boardwalk and Also Just One Block From the Center of Downtown Long Beach and Its Shops, Bakery and Restaurants. The Ground Floor Has a Deep, 2 Car Garage, Washer/dryer, Ping-pong Table and Foosball Table. Large Gas Grill Also For Your Use. On the Second Floor There Are 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. Dusty and found items on the floor (qtip, chapstick, candy wrapper, birthday candles) overall great just wanted to alert about cleaning. Nice place and location. The location was just right, with easy walking access to both town and the beach. We also had a terrific view of the ocean. We cooked at the condo and found the kitchen to be well setup and convenient for our party of six. The beds and baths worked great and we all enjoyed ping pong in the garage! This place is roomy and beautiful, all the appliances you could ever need in the kitchen.
