We love the Beau Clair. We love the area of Long Beach, as it is a small town feel but easily accessible to both directions of Hwy 90- Ocean Springs to Bay St Louis. Condo is very, very clean. There is not a long list of things to do before check out- which is appreciated. Owner left bottled water in the fridge for us, which was a nice touch. There was a little bit of coffee grounds, but not enough to last the 3 day trip for one person drinking it. No K Cups available. If coffee is important to you- make sure and bring some. The new navy settee is mainly just for looks. No one would relax on it as it is very hard. We enjoyed the addition of the new electric fireplace as we were there in November. There are a few minor items that need repair from wear and tear. The front door/electronic lock needs to lift up to open. This is not the easiest thing to do. Thankfully, the owner sent this with the instructions, but the door needs something done. We stayed 3 nights and it was difficult every day. The shower handle is also difficult and is hard to operate. Pillows are very very thin and should be replaced. ##### LeeAnn W.
