The only reason I'm not rating the place 5 stars is due to the fact that we chose the house based on the wonderful spa bathtub to enjoy only to find out that the water heater is not big enough to accommodate filling up the tub. There is a short walk to beach. They had two adult bikes in the garage available for use and a clam scoop! We noted a minor detail needing repair and they offered to fix right away.
