The adorable home, with a very beach/coastal theme, is located with-in minutes to the sand and ocean (only1000 yards away), on a walking trail directly across the street. It's also conveniently located only a few blocks from the core of the cute town of Long Beach and only 5 miles from the beautiful Port of Ilwaco. This home is set up for your comfort, with four comfortable beds and two couches that pull out into a bed, full bathrooms for each room (2), a comfortable living room with a big screen TV (plus TVs in each room) and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils and many cooking spices. A full-size BBQ is available as well. A full toy and beach activities assortment of fun is available for your use including bikes/helmets (adults and kids), horseshoes, croquet, GIANT Janga, corn hole, balls, clam guns (5), boogie boards, skim boards, life jackets and more! Enjoy a large backyard with wood firepit to warm your evenings with family and friends (chairs provided) with plenty of room for yard games. Backyard is available for RV or tents for an additional fee upon request/approval. An upper-level deck that looks toward the sunsets with a table and chairs for ourdoor dinning. Also, a fun classic collection of VHS & DVDs, games and puzzles for a night in. Note - no on site washer/dryer (2 local laundromats). Location is excellent. It’s an old home, but comfortable and welcoming and clean. We stayed with our toddler and two other adults. The house was excellent. Very roomy and in a quiet neighborhood. Very well stocked with everything we might possibly need. Great kitchen and living room to hang out. Lots of outdoor deck area for sitting and relaxing as well. Hosts we great to work with and checked on us to see if we needed anything. ##### Todd J. Walking distance to the beach to play in the sand, or to Scoopers for some ice cream. The bikes and firepit definitely got used! Kids had a ton of fun, and it was nice to have a comfortable, no stress place to stay. We greatly appreciate the owners of the property for providing a great place for the fam ##### Eric H. Loved the beach decor in the house. Rental info notebook that was in the kitchen was very organized, so we knew what to expect and what was expected of us. Notebook also had good recommendations for things to do in Long Beach. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and the walk to beach the was just right for us. We only had one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful home near everything! Wonderful assortment in the toy box." Our son and girlfriend were here from Washington DC, and took advantage of the bikes, and the close access to the path for a morning jog. The home has everything you need for a wonderful beach stay!!
