4 minutes to Long Beach. Cozy couple's studio on small private acreage

Relax and restore at "Tyne", our charming studio in Long Beach, located 10 minutes from Batemans Bay, on the south coast of New South Wales. The private, self-contained studio is nestled amongst pretty gardens and surrounded by birds and wildlife on a pretty two-and-a-half-acre property. It is separated from the main house and has its own entrance, with plenty of off-the street parking. Tyne features open-planned living, relaxed outdoor spaces, and a pool during the summer months. With beautiful beaches and bushwalks a short drive away, it provides the perfect escape for couples and solo adventurers.

The Space:
Tyne offers an intimate, open planned lounge and kitchen area, with a separate queen-sized bedroom, ensuite bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. It has reverse-cycle heating and cooling with ceiling fans inside and out.
The outside entertainment area provides comfortable lounges to relax on and a breakfast bar overlooking the gardens and natural bush. Gas barbecue facilities are provided. A perfect space to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, whilst listening to the morning birdsong, and a quiet spot to sip an evening drink after a day exploring the sights of the beautiful south coast.

What to Bring:
Towels, linen, bedding, pillows and shower gel are all supplied. Guests need to bring their own swimming towels, personal soap (if preferred), shampoo/conditioner and face washers. An iron and ironing board are available. A Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods are provided, in addition to tea bags, coffee bags, sugar, Long Life milk and biscuits. Cooking oil, vinegar, salt and pepper can be found in the pantry.

What to do:
Enjoy our selection of DVD movies and board games. Wifi is available. Swim in the pool (from October to March) and enjoy quiet walks around the property. Our two friendly cats, Charlotte and Sebastian may come to say hello. Explore nearby Murrramarang National Forest and Cullendulla Nature Reserve. The beautiful beaches of Long Beach and Maloney's Beach are a 4-minute drive away. For shops, cafes, restaurants and the cinema visit the seaside township of Batemans Bay, a 10-minute drive down the road. We look forward to hosting you soon.
