I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a larger room however it only had twin beds which was a bit annoying. The amenities within the room were great and the bath and shower were amazing with good pressure and heat.

We had a lovely stay at The Strand Palace. The hotel is in a fabulous location very close to Covent Garden, the theatre district and many other attractions. The room was to a high standard. Excellent check in and out. Very good garden view room. Only negative is the Origin, empty retaurant despite good food but uneven service especially for afternoon drinks
