Private and quiet 4 year old brick home surrounded by woods on 12 acres with its own hiking trail. Just 1/2 mile from Wood Creek Lake boat dock. Six miles from London restaurants and shopping. Washer & Dryer included. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, walk out basement, wrap around porches, camp fire pit. Lots of wildlife, deer, squirrels, birds. Great fishing in the lake just minutes away. (previous State record largemouth bass). Minutes from I-75, Lake Cumberland, Laurel Lake, Rockcastle River, and more. 11 miles to Wildcat off-road ATV Park. Very peaceful with no close neighbors. Walk or drive to Wood Creek Lake. Hike through the woods past the mountain laurel and rhododendron to the rock cliffs. Beautiful view of woods from extra large windows. Security cameras are on the exterior of the house. Free high speed internet wifi 300mbps.

Very nice and well kept house that's very close to a nice small lake and boat ramp. I'll definitely be looking into booking this place again if I'm in the area with my family again in the near future.

Great family getaway

Nicely located near friends home on WoodCreek Lake. Appreciate that it was pet-friendly. Clean and comfortable with nice views. Nice trail. Could walk to the marina.

Christmas family visit

Our family has grown by leaps and bounds so we needed a spacious place to stay while in London visiting family. This house was the perfect spot. Had the right amount of bedrooms, plenty of parking, close to interstate and our local family. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation

Property is amazing.. very spacious for a large group. Very clean and well stocked kitchen.. kids enjoyed playing pool downstairs and the adults loved to bonfire area in the front of the house…great little porch off of back of house to enjoy a quiet breakfast and supper. Great Experience!!

Big beautiful home in the heart of nature

This home is even more impressive than the picture. Quiet and private. It blew our expectations away when we opened the door and saw how spacious it was. Pool table and fire pit kept us entertained at night. I will definitely stay again next time we go to Wildcat Offroad Park.

From the time we arrived, everything was great. The house was nice and cool, everything was immaculate and we were very comfortable. We didn't cook much but had everything we needed when we did. Lots of peace and quiet. Highly recommend!

Complete serenity

Area is quiet and remote. Mike, our host, is available as needed and very responsive. The house is very clean, and necessities like k-cups, toilet tissue and paper towels are provided. You can't go wrong with this property!

Christmas with family

I booked this home for Christmas with family, including 2 pets The home was perfect and everything was beyond lovely. There was plenty of space for all of us and the beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed to cook a big Christmas meal was there, and we all fit around the beautiful table right off the kitchen. The owner made check in a breeze, and he messaged me to make sure we got settled in. This home is perfect for a larger group, with plenty of space inside and out. I think it’s a great location for summer fun, but our Christmas here was wonderful too. The photos and description are exactly what you get. We booked it only a few days before arriving, but the process was easy and we had no problems. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

2024 Fall Trip

This home was absolutely perfect. We loved that it was secluded and peaceful. We will be back and tell our friends about this home. We spent a lot of time on the front porch looking over the picturesque property. The private trail for this property was so cool, a great amenity to have on a rental home. The walk down to the lake and the view around the lake was exceptional. We even added a night with owner because we loved being there so much. It was an easy transaction, and he was kind. This home would be great for a large family or even a girls trip. Everyone has their own private space. The large windows in the home made picture perfect views. 10 out of 10! I could go on and on about it. You want to book this home on your next visit to Kentucky.

Relaxing stay

Property is fairly secluded. House is away from the road, a half-mile walk to lake. Lots of wildlife including a bantam chicken that lives in the backyard. There’s a general store about a mile away. The lake is a fishing only lake— no speed boats, tubing or skiing— very peaceful, not crowded. The house is roomy, with nice outdoor spaces. The Kroger the nearest the house on North 25 is pretty lame. Much better to travel a few minutes more to exit 38 to Walmart or larger Kroger across the street. Nice fire pit. We brought our own logs— plenty of kindling in the woods. Any issues we had were quickly resolved.
