Excellent property and excellent views, great ambience outside the room, externally everything looks and feels like a luxury resort. Inside the room is not pleasant, everything is low class / middle class. Service is near zero. No room service not even can you ask for a favor to be brought to the room, like a beer or a sprite. Food spread & quality is very average. Breakfast finishes at 9-30 am, so you can’t be lazy at this resort if you want breakfast. Restautant and reception area ambience is zero, but once again, outside views are great.
Basic rooms for luxury pricing. Food is extremely expensive and the resort is too far from anything to actually step out just for food. Basic buffet costs Rs 1250 + taxes. And, that's the only option offered with no A-la-carte menu.
No room service on offer. Anything you need in the room, you actually have to walk all the way to the top where the reception is.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The staff was very good and helpful, taking care of our special food requirements, however, the property is a little overpriced for the condition of it., mostly commanding it for the view it has. The bathroom fixtures in many places were broken, with no hot water. Walls outside in balcony had water leakage which usually wouldn’t happen in a luxurious hotel (since the cost is as much as that) but the view of the hotel is amazing with great food; overall a very good stay!

The property was quiet and isolated and very beautiful. The food options were nasty and they had a wide range.
We disliked that there were very few drinks and beverage options and our tv did not work. They said they would fix the TV in 20 minutes.
Additionally, there are very few transport options… we tried to book and Uber and we’re told that Ubers were not allowed to enter the property. The front desk booked as a taxi, which was more than double the Uber price (3500 compared to 1700).
This was very disappointing considering the price.
Very good property and location.
Staff is friendly and views from all side are serene!
Only challenge is approach road and dining rates are quite high.
Hotel amenities are good and worth a stay with family!
Forced Buffet for food. No room service. The resort is heavily under staffed

The hotel kind of loses its charm if the season in which you are visiting is not monsoon. Also, no room service on the hotel is kind of a bummer. The rooms are kind of okay, the only thing great is its location.
this resort is not at all a five star property as they claim. in fact it is actually not more than a 3 star property. but the prices what they charge is equivalent to a five star property.
I went there with my wife and 4 year old son, expecting a five start experience. but I was disappointed.
the only pros about this resort is its location and the employees service. rest all departments have lot of cons.
to begin with the access road is non existent. very rough to drive on. goes through a deserted thick forest. there are hardly any markers to help you find the way to resort. it's an uphill drive for 15 min from Lonavala market. when you reach the resort its location is beautiful. but your pleasure ends right here.
decor of the rooms is outdated.
bathrooms shower not working.
morning tea is charged extra although we had all meals plan.
breakfast, lunch and dinner were ok.menu needs to be more lavish considering they charge 5 star rates.
children's play area is very small. besides this no activity for small children.
swimming pool and jacuzzi was in bad shape .tiles coming out from everywhere . it can hurt you when underwater.so did not enjoy the pool.
this resort has lot of groups booking for corporates. they party till late night with loud music and yelling.it disturbed my sleep twice and inspite of complaining to reception it finally got over by 3 am in morning. so plz check if there is any group staying.
I stayed here for 2 nights but was not fully satisfied.
