"Hicimos la reserva y el pago mediante Expedia, cuando llegamos allí nos dijeron que no había ninguna reserva a nuestro nombre, les mostramos la reserva, nos dijeron que ellos no trabajaban con Expedia y que los pagos había que realizarlos en el hotel directamente. Por lo que tuvimos que volver a pagar y reservar con ellos (esta vez solo una noche no el total de los días por los que habiamos pagado). Hemos puesto la reclamación mediante Expedia y el hotel no responde, tampoco a mis correos....
