9/10 Wonderful! (1,005 reviews)
This hotel provided false information that their rooms have windows that can be opened. In our original reservation for 1 room, we specifically messaged them to ask if the windows could be opened for fresh air for pulmonary reasons. They replied that “they can be opened upon request to allow fresh air into the room." We therefore rebooked for 2 Comfort Double rooms with full pre-payment. When we arrived we were assigned 2 rooms with windows that are locked because they faced a cement wall less than 3 feet away. There was no outside light or air circulation, and the “air-conditioning” which does not allow changing the temperature or wind strength, at no point actually cooled off the room or even blew air. As it felt hard to breathe, we asked the receptionist, Kreete, for other rooms. She said with a flat and stony facial expression that there was no other room. We showed her the saved message from Metropol confirming that the windows can be opened, which in this case amounted to false advertising. She insisted that Metropol didn’t make replies in third-party booking platforms and mocked that we should book from their hotel website directly, implying that those who booked from third-parties, such as Expedia, deserve inferior service. She passed us a business card to complain to the manager. The hotel rooms in general are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. While the free access to Jacuzzis and saunas is a good attraction, charging €3 for a towel is quite petty.

Clean comfy spacious room. Only minor issue was the light getting in through the numerous windows so it was bright rather early. Otherwise super.

Does Expedia offer Book Now, Pay Later Loksa holidays?
Good news! We do. Expedia has joined forces with online lender Klarna to help you easily pay for your trip in instalments. Simply click on the payment plan that works for you during checkout and take the stress out of budgeting for your trip. Don't forget to bundle your flights, accommodation and car hire with Expedia to get the biggest bang for your holiday buck. Consider these flexible payment options below:
- Pay monthly holidays: Klarna offers convenient monthly payment plans that work for all budget sizes, so you can jet away on that well-earned holiday now.
- Pay in instalments holidays: If you want to pay for your getaway across multiple transactions, holidays paid in instalments might be the right option for your Book Now, Pay Later holiday through Klarna.
- Low deposit holidays: If paying a small percentage of your trip (rather than the full total upfront) makes it easier to click that "book now" button, choose a low deposit holiday payment plan from Klarna.
How far in advance should I book my Loksa holiday?
It's difficult to pick the best time for airfares, but we generally suggest the earlier, the better. Many international flights on Expedia become available up to 12 months in advance. If you're booking at the last minute, fear not. Discounted prices appear from time to time within a few weeks of departure dates.
What does an Expedia Loksa travel package include?
Flights, hotels and rental cars, or any combination of them — it's your pick! Whether you're venturing to Loksa on a family road trip or adventuring with your friends, there's a package to fit every style and budget. Once you've made your booking, why not add on a couple of tours or activities?
