The ground floor also offers a bathroom with a shower. The home features a fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room, perfect for group gatherings.  
  
The exterior of the home is equally striking, with a large porch inviting you to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The garden is spacious, allowing for outdoor activities and a built-in barbecue ready for preparing delicious al fresco meals.
