"Location, location, location! Very old part of the city and some areas around are not in good shape! The apartment does not have internet but is otherwise well equipped. The view of the Loire out the front windows is lovely. Nice to watch the boats go by. If elderly with lots of luggage, this apartment is not for you! Very old narrow winding staircase to the apartment on the top floor! The proprietor is lovely and very helpful!!!"

The house is beautiful with everything you could need and the garden is great with plenty of space for games and dining. Great location with shops 2mins walking distance and 10min drive to angers. "First off, the staff are exceptionally kind and friendly. They give you great ideas and offer solutions and tips (e.g. where to park for free and where to park to avoid thefts). It’s a happening area. Great restaurants attract people and it’s a hub for transportation so it’s always alive with activity but not the bad kind. We found it wonderful to get off the train and walk “home” in a few metres. Especially since our train was delayed due to an incident on the track. We walked from Hotel Suzane to the tourist office, got city passes, walked the blue line, saw great castles (by car) and went to the incredible David d’Angers museum. Got water and a few snacks at the nearby convenience store. Got great coffee at Hotel Suzanne’s cafe. Had amazing desserts and sandwiches at the Boulangerie downstairs (next door) and an evening meal at Bouillon. Great food. Great people. Our bathroom was small but the hotel was extremely generous with towels and it was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. "
