Front desk staff were incredibly helpful and even made telephone calls on our behalf to arrange cabs from / to the hotel after identifying a cab company in a different city (Calahorra) for us because we do not speak Spanish. Pointed us to Info to help us plan tours. (Vineyard & Winery Tour with Inma was amazing!!) Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Nice view from the window.
