I liked that dinning was in walking diistance, or not that far, with a variety of choices. I didn't like that some of the small appliances didn't work in my room.

It was ok. The property looked dated but nice. My room had some paint that had been removed to the drywall. Upon entering the room the initial time, the tv had no signal. He showerhead was very loose and the tub/shower was very narrow and hard to move around in it.

Very helpful staff as we had to change rooms because the heat was not working. The entire motel appears to have seen much better days. The continental breakfast was very underwhelming.

I booked this hotel for the continental breakfast, and there was none stayed there four days and had room with holes in the wall. I would not stay there again.

If you’re passing through and you need a place to lay your head and you don’t want to spend a whole Lotta money because all you’re doing is taking a shower and sleeping. This is the perfect spot. I was passing through on my motorcycle and that’s exactly what I needed and it was perfect.

The air conditioner in our room came on and off all night and it had a very musty odor. We both were congested when we woke up. We also both had bug bites the next day.

Disappointing
I chose to stay at a Quality Inn hoping for better service and functioning facilities. The drain stopper in the bathtub was set up so that it wouldn't close so no bath was possible. The front desk shrugged and said they couldn't do anything about it. I rarely leave poor reviews but this was ridiculous for 'quality' Inn! I won't be staying at one again if I can avoid it.

I'm sorry this was upsetting to you but it is common hotel policy to place a 25 incidental hold on credit cards at check in and this hold is released upon checkout.

Old building, not updated. We were in a suite, so there were 2 bathrooms, neither one of the tub/ showers drained well. There was unflushed waste in one of the toilets upon our arrival. Chair for desk was missing, staff delivered one to us when we asked. We could smell cleaning product upon arrival, which dissipated after a bit, so i assume it had been cleaned, but when furniture/ carpet/ jetted tub is old and in need of replacing, it doesn't always look clean, even though it may have been. When we went for breakfast, it was in the adjoining restaurant, but required you to sit and they would make to order, but for us, this wasn't a plus, we just wanted something quick, as we needed to get on the road. The place was not crowded, so at least it was quiet! Stay was adequate, we needed a place to work in evening, and bed to sleep in. We used our own mobile Hotspot, so can't speak to wifi. At $200 the night we were there, rate seemed $50 higher than it should be for what we got. Last time i was in town, i paid $100 at a different hotel in town, not sure the bigger room was worth the extra $$.

First off they DONT EXCEPT CASH AND IF U DO HAVE CASH THEY CHARGE UR CREDIT CARD A $200 DEPOSIT!! Also was my kids was excited about the pool but it was not open due to construction on it but never said anything about it! Then our room was right uo front from the checkin desk so it was very noisy an the beds where suppost to be queen beds an we for 2 full beds! Rooms where dirty an tubs where dirty!

The front desk attendants were polite, the room was not as clean as it could be. Still no pool, no fitness center, we did not have room service. I figured a hotel chain as big as Quality Inn, we wouldn't have issues but it was a fast plan on our part. Next time, we will look for something different and pay a tad more.

The hotel is older, but it was very clean. Breakfast was a little different. You are given a voucher with your room number on it. Then you go into the dining area. A waiter brings a menu with instructions. You are to choose one from the menu which includes a drink (coffee, juice, or fountain drink). The food is then brought to your table. Just very different.

Staff excellent! Clean comfortable! However, I picked this property because it has a pool. Unfortunately the pool is undergoing huge repairs as is the fitness room. This property needs some TLC. Never would gave paid this price if I knew the pool was unavailable. We were very dissapointed!

We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. Unfortunately, once we started repairs on the pool it became a larger project than anticipated. Pool repair is part of the TLC you mentioned in your review. It's always a good idea to call any hotel you are planning on staying in and check to make sure the amenities you require are available. We hope you will give us another chance once the pool and fitness room are complete.

While older and some need of repair- ceiling water stained. It was clean and of value for what we needed last minute for an overnight. Bed and pillows very comfy and appreciate hand written note of housekeeping

Do not stay here ad is a lie.
Horrible hotel do not recommend. Got suite jacuzzi tub hot water knob broken. Tub didnt drain. Toilets barely flushed. Shower missing shower head. Maid service poor. Hair on bathroom floors and hand prints on mirrors. Do not recommend this place at all. Front desk was aware of issues in room and still put us up in the room. No compensation offered. And no free breakfast.

Check in was super quick. The room was FILTHY. Floors had not been swept. Dust, hair, grime was all over the bathroom, toothpaste splatters all over the mirror. Towels were stained and couldn’t tell if they had actually been washed or just hung back up after the last guest. Food was splattered all inside the microwave and peanuts/candy wrappers lined the floorboards. I can overlook an outdated room, but this was disgusting. Pay the extra and stay at another location.

You get what you pay for
This was terrible. The first assigned room had not been cleaned and the door was left open. The second room, the room was not cleaned to expectations particularly the shower. No coffee in the room. There was a coffee pot by the office; but it was out and I was told it would be a few minutes to replace.
