The location is incredible for an easy 15 minute drive to beaver mountain. The hot tub is amazing and the best way to end a day on the slopes. The fireplace is so cozy and so are each of the 3 bedrooms. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to enjoy a snowy family ski trip. We loved the backyard, especially the hammocks and hot tub. located minutes away from lots of fun activities, public beach area and a supermarket I highly recommend this property for family fun. 😃 ##### michal s. Beautiful home, clean, quiet and spacious yard for activities. Hot tub was a big hit in the evening looking out towards bear lake and seeing the Milky Way star clusters. This house was very clean and well stocked and the backyard was great. However, there is not one square foot of privacy in the back yard so keep that in mind if you are bothered by neighbors looking at you. Would stay again. Kids loved the yard and the hammocks. House wasn't too hot or cold like other reviews complained about. I'd give it 5-stars, but the hot tub cover was dysfunctional. The backyard kept our kids entertained for hours. Cornhole and hammocks were so fun and we loved the hot tub. Place was clean and loved the layout. Great parking options. Kitchen is well equipped. Wish we would have known the road isn’t paved. We have a new boat and didn’t love driving on a gravel road. Upstairs room really needs air conditioning. Too hot to sleep in there.
