Inside, you’ll find a clean, thoughtfully designed space with modern furnishings, rustic touches, fast WiFi, a 65” smart TV, and an in-unit washer and dryer. With a private entrance and dedicated parking, everything is set up to make your stay easy and convenient.
The space This is a private basement unit in a duplex, with a separate unit located upstairs. You’ll have your own entrance and fully private space during your stay. The entrance is accessed via a full exterior staircase leading down to the unit.
The home has been recently refreshed with comfortable furnishings and warm, modern finishes throughout.
As noted, you may occasionally hear normal household noise from the upstairs unit.
The home is equipped with heating and AC through an automatically regulated system that adjusts based on outdoor temperature. The thermostat is located upstairs, but we’re always happy to make small adjustments if needed—just send us a quick message.
