It is fully furnished with all new amenities to guarantee your stay is comfortable and convenient. Located in the center of Garden City there is a vast variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment. Spend a day on the lake, just 2 blocks away or spend a day on the slopes at Beaver Mountain ski resort. Bring your family and enjoy making memories together in this prime location. KITCHEN/DINING : Come enjoy our fully stocked kitchen that is perfect for families. We have furnished it with top of the line appliances and stocked it with plenty of dinnerware and appliances for a family, and a propane grill. You will be able to find all of the basic cookware that you'll need, and will have plenty of room in the spacious kitchen to cook all the delicious meals that you want! Amenities include griddle, toaster, air fryer, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker, BBQ grill, and all additional basic kitchenware. LIVING ROOM : The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The cleaners were still cleaning when we tried to check in at 4:00 and told us they needed more time. We didn't get into the condo until about 5:00 and half of the towels were still drying in the dryer.Other than that, it was a nice place for a family weekend at the lake. Every room has a big bed and a bunk bed. This is perfect for traveling with other families. I wish every rental had their beds set up like this because I prefer to keep my children in my room with me. The wifi was awesome, the best I’ve ever experienced at Bear Lake. This property was great for large groups and located a few blocks behind our favorite restaurant. There are plenty of beds for families, but no baby gear. Plan to bring your own high chair if you have a toddler. Matt brought us over a pack n play which was a lifesaver as we needed one more. We also wished there was a vacuum, as kids are messy and we’d prefer to clean up after ourselves as we go. Everything was as described, check in/out was a breeze, communication was great, plenty of parking, and we really enjoyed our stay. ##### Marcie P.
