    Inn at the Beach



    The Inn at the Beach is the ideal location to host this year’s family reunion, wedding or corporate retreat. With 18 Bedrooms this spacious Inn has everything you need to host the greats get together of your life.



    Family Reunions: “Start Your Legacy” with us. Our goal is to offer you and your family a place to reconnect and start a legacy together that will continue for generations to come. The Inn can accommodate up to 70 guests, which gives you the chance to have the entire family stay in one place and enjoy their time together.



    Corporate Retreats: Sometimes the best place to reconnect and start afresh can be somewhere outside of traditional meeting space. These places and spaces can be found under the canopy of a beautiful blue sky, overlooking a pristine lake or sitting on a sandy beach. The Inn at Legacy Beach provides unique and traditional meeting spaces for your next corporate retreat.



    Legacy Beach Resort is located along the Garden City bike and walking path. Ride your bike or take a quick stroll into the downtown area of Garden City. You’re a 5 minute walk to the Garden City Park or a 10 minute walk to the Garden City Pond which is a great place for kids to fish. There is a kids splash pad across the street behind the townhomes where you will also find an outdoor pickle ball court. If you want to swim or workout head out your door and over to the club house which includes access to a swimming pool (seasonal), year-round hot tub, and a 24-hour gym.



    During the winter months bundle up and head to the Beaver Mountain ski resort located just 15 minutes from town. Along with endless hills and trails for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. No matter the season there is always something to do and enjoy here in Bear Lake!

Perfect for what we needed!

We hosted a company retreat up here and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Such a great location, close to everything. Right on the lake, couldn't have asked for anything better. Family Reunion

We gathered our family of 53, ages 2-91 for a week together. This home accommodated us all very well. We loved the location, the access to the beach, the pool and the bike/walking path. The neighbors that were on site were all very friendly and nice families. Everything about our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely stay again!

Family Reunion

We had over 50 people staying at this location. It was so comfortable, so spacious, so clean, and everyone agreed that it was such a good experience they would come back again very willingly. The property has such good access to the pool, lake, restaurants, and walking trail. As well as the pickleball court and fire pit. Perfect location for large parties.

Company Retreat

The property was amazing. All the meeting rooms we wanted. Lots of table space in the main lobby. Sound system was super nice and the electric blinds. Having the projector and LED screen options was really good. It's a bit of a drive to get there but overall a great place. Kitchen very well stocked with plates, dishes, etc. One thing I'd add would be a place to hang clothes in every room - not just a small subset of them.

Great for large families!

We had such a great time at Legacy Beach. We slept four generations under one roof and there was plenty of space. The large great room was accommodating for serving large meals and fun family time. Between the game room, beach, and pool there was something for everyone. Pluses were plenty of towels and never running out of hot water. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was great and the only thing that I can complain about is the doors squeaking, but nothing a little grease can’t fix. Communication was great both ways, they took care of everything needed and in a timely manner. The house was clean, plenty to do with the pool and hot tub available. Easy access to the lake, pickle ball court, rooms spread out perfectly and lots of space to cook for our family get together and plenty of room more than 20 kids to run around. I could not say enough about the setup and space. Great location and great service.

Breathtaking Place

This place was so beautiful and breathtaking. It was so huge and very comfortably accommodated all of my guests. There were 2 kitchens which had more than enough space to keep all the food for our guests. The managers of the place were also very kind and extremely helpful. They brought us extra coffee and hangers. They gave truly exceptional customer service. Any time we called there was always someone there to answer our needs. The scenery was so immaculate and honestly something everyone needs to experience. We would highly recommend this place to anyone else who wants to experience an amazing stay.

This was such a great place for our reunion. We had 52 people ranging from 84 to 1 month in age. So much to do and so safe for everyone since we didn’t have to worry about the kids getting out of the house and away from anyone. They have a pickle ball court, a fire pit, second kitchen in the butler pantry. Microphone for making it easy to hear over the little ones on game nights. Easy access to the beach. Fun pool and hot tub with other outdoor games set up for everyone’s use. They have thought this out and did a great job accommodating to all needs for a wonderful time. Thanks team!

Great facility for large family

The facility is brand new and beautiful. The gathering room is huge and easily accommodated our family of 35 with plenty of room to spare. We also had bedrooms to spare for our 8 individual families. It made for great time together.
