Our walkout basement doesn’t feel like a basement. Lots of windows and light. There are 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. The main couch is very comfortable for sleeping for most adults. We also have two queen air beds and one twin air bed that can be used in the common areas. You may also use our infrared sauna. The outdoor space has a table and 6 chairs. We also have 2 lounge chairs. There is a gas grill on the patio. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, chest freezer, coffee maker, blender/food processor, toaster, waffle maker, toaster oven, 2 induction burners, griddle/panini maker and small crockpot. We just installed a dishwasher, disposal and washer/dryer. There are extra pillows, blankets, sheets sets and towels. There are some toys and games. We have network TV, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and Hulu. . We have one window air conditioning unit in the kitchen area. The apartment stays cool even on the hottest days. This VRBO was a perfect escape during those days. I worked on the USU campus during the day, then could come relax in this VRBO. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and the basement had everything we needed. Lyn was easy to communicate with and even set up the blow up bed for us. The views of Cache Valley from the yard were beautiful. The rental is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood and I would be happy to stay again on future visits to Logan. ##### Tricia F.
