Und man kann in kurzer Zeit zu tollen Ausflugszielen gelangen, z. B. Chiemsee, Waginger See, Königssee. "Das Haus ist in den 70ern stehen geblieben. Fast alles war alt, die Terrasse teilweise morsch, alles roch altbacken und muffig, die Matratzen waren uralt. Die Küchenausstattung war übersichtlich - es gab zum Beispiel nur 3 Teelöffel. Das ganze Haus bedarf einer Grundsanierung innen wie außen. Das es anders geht zeigen andere Häuser im Ferienprk Vorauf. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Chiemgau ist die Lage sehr gut. Check-in, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation waren in Ordnung."

"Pros: Von Oma bis Kleinkind haben wir uns hier sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das romantisch gelegene Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und super sauber. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht, von Kinderstuhl, Spielen und Büchern bis zum sprechenden Eierkocher. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter Norbert war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Mit der Chiemseekarte konnten wir viel Interessantes unternehmen, wie z. B. das Mammutmuseum in Siegsdorf oder das...

"Room was fine. Staff just weren’t professional at all. Location is really good. Staff wasn’t caring or helpful or aware, when we had some parking issues that we needed help with. We had 2 nights there, and we just put up with the front desk each time we worked with them."

"THE HOTEL IS WITHIN A 10 MINUTE WALK OF THE TRAIN STATION AND 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE FORTRESS - TO MIRABEL GARDENS (WHERE THE SOUND OF MUSIC WAS SHOT) AND THE BUS ROUTES GO REGULARLY RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL. THE ROOM ITSELF WAS VERY ROOMY WITH PLENTY OF CLOSET SPACE AND A WONDERFUL SHOWER. THERE IS A VERY GOOD PLACE TO EAT IN THE SAME BUILDING JUST AT THE OTHER END OF A LONG HALLWAY. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL IN UNDERSTANDING THE BUS ROUTES AND DID IT IN A FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS MANNER. ALL IN ALL MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY PLEASED ABOUT EVERY ASPECT OF OUR 3 DAY STAY AT THE HOTEL."

"We stayed at this hotel right in the heart of Salzburg with my wife, our three kids, and me. I had accidentally booked a room for only 2 people instead of 5. Upon arrival, the front desk explained the original room was suitable for two guests only. After some discussion, the manager kindly upgraded us to a brand new family room at no extra cost. This generous gesture was amazing and made our stay comfortable right away. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The real highlight was during checkout. I had parked in a public lot a block away and asked for validation. The woman at the desk looked concerned and warned that it was a holiday with a market, so cars there are often towed. With three tired kids, we felt stressed. She was incredibly kind and quickly got staff ready to help us find the tow yard. I ran to check first and was hugely relieved — our car was the only one left and hadn’t been towed! I returned to tell her, and the whole team shared our relief with genuine smiles. Their caring attitude made us feel truly supported. The location is unbeatable, perfectly central for walking to all attractions and restaurants. We had a wonderful experience overall and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg. Exceptional hospitality! Rating: 5/5 Stars"

"We spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed it. Location: Close enough to walk to the Belvedere. Public transportation was very easy to navigate and the stops are right there. Bed: I loved it. A little on the firm side and the pillows were great. Amenities/Features: The gym has a stunning view and is well-equipped. The rooftop bar is gorgeous. The luggage lockers (not free) are secure and very easy to use if you arrive early or stay later than checkout. Staff: Very friendly and helpful Worth noting: Aside from the gorgeous design (which also made it extremely easy to spot when walking back from a day of exploration), they give you a ticket for Prosecco/wine/beer for each day you don’t have your room cleaned. We would definitely stay here again!"
