It was exceptionally clean from the moment you walk into the lobby to the hotel room as well, and it’s nice there is 24 hour reception area. I will mention there are lots of shady people in the Basel train station area (nothing to do with this hotel) but it was sort of a surprise compared to the other cities we saw in Switzerland so please be aware.
