  • Spacious fully renovated villa, 150m from the beach and nautical activities and 200 from the village. Large living room - dining room with super equipped American kitchen (60m2) giving access to a large terrace (25m2) on the first floor. 3 comfortable bedrooms, bathroom and 1 separate WC on the 2nd floor, garage, bathroom and 1 WC on the ground floor, 1 WC on the mezzanine.
