Une situation exceptionnelle puisqu'à quelques mètres de la mer d'où on a une magnifique vue sur le phare de la Perdrix, L'île Tudy et ses plages, l'entrée du port et de la rivière de Pont-L'Abbé, etc... Très disponible il est très à l'écoute et soucieux du bien être de ses locataires vacanciers. La maison en bord de mer permet de bénéficier de l'océan sans modération et dispose d'un magnifique parc.
