The hotel is in a great location with parking. However I do not feel the hotel deserves a high rating.
Our patio door would not lock and it took several days and requests to get it fixed. Initially I was given, by way of recompense, a key to the safe in the room, it appears this facility is not included in the room rate (the key is required to work the safe)
The USB port by the bed would not work. There are no bedside tables but instead there are 2 stools beside the bed, who wants to sit there rather than having somewhere to put a book, glass of water etc?
The toilet is separate to the shower, and whilst it might be personal preference, I would want a hand basin to wash my hands instead you have to then go into the shower room, I do not see the point.
The shower looks good with 3 separate positions, overhead, straight at you from the wall, and a hand held shower head, the later did not work.
The parking appears secure but you can walk into to the parking area with no key, and a key is not required to leave ...
