The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency in Locmariaquer offers you this haven of peace and quiet to rent: a charming house with a personalised decor inspired by marine and travel styles, less than a kilometre from the beach. With a surface area of 105 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travellers.  
  
It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a magnificent 850 m² shady, flower-filled garden bordered by a variety of hedges. The house faces east, south and west, ensuring plenty of light and sunshine throughout the day.

The accommodation comprises  
Ground floor:  
\- A 40 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood available on request)  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Dining area  
\- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- A utility room  
\- Shower room  
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
