### L'abri de Port Fétan - Vue mer

This charming 90 m² air-conditioned house with sea view, less than a kilometre from the beach, is available to rent in Locmariaquer. It has Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a lovely 32 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and a garden of around 50 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
On the ground floor:  
\- A 32 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- An additional shower  
\- A separate WC  
Upstairs:  
\- Bedrooms 1 and 2 with double beds (140x190)  
\- Bedroom 3 with a single bed  
\- A bathroom with bathtub + WC  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful 50 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Locmariaquer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Auray station 16 km away (25 min by car)
