Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 55 m² flat with sea view, in Locmariaquer, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, an unenclosed mezzanine, a bathroom (with bath) and a balcony. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:

\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

\- Unenclosed mezzanine with two single beds

Tres belle vue, residence calme et agreable. Appartement propre mais dans son jus des annees 60/70\. Aurait besoin d’une serieuse renovation. Tout est un peu trop vintageMeme si acceptable pour une semaine de vacance par contre pas coherent avec les consignes ecologiques et d’economie d’energie indiquees dans l’appartement
