Nestled in a quiet residential area with direct access to the beach path, this recently built, beautifully decorated house offers high-end comfort amenities. It comprises on the ground floor a vast common area (living room, dining room and kitchen) with South exposure onto the garden, a parent suite accessible to people with reduced mobility, a toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, four bedrooms with modular sleeping arrangements in single or double beds create a peaceful and pleasant sleeping area. The property is completed by a shower room, a bathroom and an independent toilet. Parking is available on the property with the possibility of parking multiple vehicles.
