That said, the washroom facilities fall below modern comfort benchmarks. Upgrades are recommended, including the provision of essential personal care amenities such as shaving kits and improved fixture ergonomics. From a pricing perspective, the current rate of approximately USD 140 for a Queen Room appears misaligned with the existing amenity level and service scope. A more competitive and market-aligned pricing range would be closer to USD 70, unless further upgrades are implemented. "

"The room was clean and spacious. There was a gas fireplace, which was a nice touch. We couldn't figure out how to work the heat but it was OK. The breakfast was decent. The staff were really nice. We brought our dog, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The one complaint I have is that the lobby smelled like cigarettes and the elevator and hallways smelled like rotten eggs. Otherwise, would definitely recommend."
