This is my go to hotel for my business trips to Charlotte for years. But after finding out on this trip that there is a "Destination" fee per night, I will need to rethink my future stays . I am saddened by this surprise fee that was never there before in all the years I have stayed at the Westin. I was informed that this fee provides the guest with free attraction passes, a small credit for food at the hotel restaurant, enhanced WI-FI, elite green juice.
I don't understand why/how this fee has been implemented as far as the hotel goes there has not been any upgrades to the property.
It was a good stay overall, but unfortunately may be my last stay at this hotel. :(

The apartment itself was great. Clean and exactly what we needed. No parking pass was provided which was inconvenient. Other tenants have thrown trash off their balcony and it smelled 24/7 of weed.
