"The first room smelled horrible, like mildew. The elevators felt like they would break any moment. The second room was hot and humid upon arrival. Towels dirty. House keeper knocked on door at 9am, when i opened the door she smelt like weed. This place needs to be remodeled and restaffed. The valet was great."
