First time to a kid friendly resort so I didn’t know what to expect. My only suggestion would be to have on going activities for kids of different ages. My daughter is 12 and there was not a whole lot of activities for her to do during the day with kids her age. But other than that we had an amazing time, the staff was great and the food was delicious.

Room was average (closer to a 3-star, garden view), but housekeeping was good. The resort claims to be all-inclusive, but there’s a noticeable class system in many areas, which takes away from the experience. Staff were a mix—some very kind, but overall service didn’t feel truly all-inclusive.
Expect frequent and aggressive pitches for expensive long-term memberships. Nightly entertainment felt repetitive. Food was especially disappointing for vegetarians, and we even encountered rancid ingredients once at “She” restaurant.
Pool seating is also heavily tiered, which felt unusual compared to other resorts. Overall, not the all-inclusive experience we expected.
