The driveway fits 7 cars; guests should not park on the road. Because the pool heater runs on propane, we need advance notice to arrange a propane delivery. The pool can be heated for $50/day. We cannot guarantee pool heating unless it is confirmed and paid for in advance. The pool may close after September 1, depending on the weather. Groups are welcome, but all guests must be registered. The home’s maximum capacity is 15 registered guests. All guests are subject to additional screening and a security deposit. No smoking in the house; there is a $500 penalty for violation.
