Holiday Beach! Beautifully remodeled and fully furnished, first-floor condo in Panama City Beach. The condo is located on the beach side of Holiday Drive. Surrounded by Multi-Million Beach Villas and Mansions.

A new couch is on backorder.  
The Walkways and Stairs are scheduled to be replaced and painted in Feb 2026.  
There could be some Construction. I will keep this listing Updated.  
  
The property is ideally located just steps from Panama City Beach, Public Beach Access Points: 12, 13, 14 and 15 (SEE PHOTOS).  
  
The condo boasts recent upgrades, including a new HVAC system and fresh paint throughout in 2023. In 2024, the bathroom was updated with a new vanity, commode, and stylish vinyl plank flooring. The property also boasts a spacious, separate laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer.
