Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr liebe und freundliche Person. Wir haben nicht gesehen, dass spĂ€testens 18:00 Uhr Check-in ist und konnten problemlos viel spĂ€ter noch anreisen. Was uns gefehlt hat, war eine Minibaar mit Wasser. Es war spĂ€t und die GeschĂ€fter waren geschlossen. Über 30 Grad und die Klimaanlage wird Nachts abgestellt. Genau dann, wenn man sie braucht. Was bringt einem tagsĂŒber eine Klimaanlage, wenn man sowieso nicht im Hotel ist? Dazu kommt, dass bereits um 06:00 Lieferanten Pakete oder sonstiges in diesen schmalen schönen Altgassen abliefern. Der LĂ€rm dabei ist extrem. Unser Zimmer ging direkt auf die ein StrĂ€sschen der wunderschönen Altstadt. Wir konnten nicht lĂ€nger als 06:00 Uhr schlafen, was nicht so toll war. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck Ă  la carte war sehr lecker, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und der Innenhof sowie auch das gesamte Hotel, sind mit Liebe zum Detail so eingerichtet, dass man das GefĂŒhl bekommt an einem besonders designten Ort zu sein. Die Mischung aus Alt und Prunk sieht schön aus. Alles in Allem ein beeindruckendes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Personal mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Locarno. Ich wĂŒrde trotzdem nicht mehr hingehen, da mir Schlaf sehr wichtig ist.
