"Plated breakfast for in-room dining wasn’t delivered at 7am as scheduled. Despite several calls to front desk, none was served. By 7:30am, I had to go up to the 9th floor dining hall to ask for the breakfast, and just ate there. Suggest earlier breakfast time like 6am."

"There was no mention about parking in the ad because there is no free parking. Parking was expensive. Secondly, there is no one in the front desk. After waiting for so long, the guard had to tell me that I should call an extension number for the front desk staff to come down and give me the key. ..."
