The villa is situated in a dreamlike location, only a 20 minutes' drive away from Palma de Majorca. The capital is famous for its great cultural and leisure offer, the cathedral La Seu and the trendy districts such as Santa Catalina. Badia Gran is a quiet urbanisation, where there is a pharmacy, a small supermarket and some restaurants, such as the Bahía Beach Club. The beaches of Badia Gran are rocky, but there are many sandy beaches within 10-15 km, such as S'Arenal, Cala Blava or Can Pastilla. Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Arenal de Sa Ràpita are natural beaches which are 40 minutes away by car. The next golf course is Son Gual or Puntiró. Supermarkets and other services can be found in Llucmajor and Campos. There is nothing better than waking up with the first rays of the sun and enjoying a swim in the infinity salt pool with direct sea views. The salt pool has a size of 10 x 5 metres and a depth of 1 to 2 metres. It is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and a parasol, for the perfect tan. The porch overlooks the pool and the Mediterranean and is the perfect place for an alfresco meal or a barbecue with grilled meats and vegetables. At the front, there is a second terrace with table and chairs, so you will always find your favourite spot. After the beach, you can wash off the sand in the outdoor shower. In the living-dining room you can eat with a view of the sea and the pool or take a nap on the sofa. The house offers satellite TV, air conditioning in the living room and in four bedrooms, WIFI, DVD and central heating for the winter. The kitchen overlooks the dining area and is well equipped, including a gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and much more. On the ground floor there is a choice of two bedrooms with a single bed and there is a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Please note that one of these downstairs bedrooms does not have air conditioning and is a through room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and bidet. The fourth bedroom has a trundle bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and the fifth bedroom comes with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron, ironing board, tumble dryer and hoover. We can prepare a cot and high chair for our youngest guests. Parking is available on the plot. Please note: We do not accept groups of young people under 27 years old, except for families with children. The house has an alarm system with security cameras (they do not record and are switched off during the guests' stay). In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid by each guest from 14 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory. The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure. Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email. The fireplace cannot be used. We were 2 families of 4, had plenty of space, bathrooms, loved the pool at the end of the day, views were incredible, sunset was picturesque! Kitchen was very well stocked. a few issues that should have been corrected but were not. The property management company was responsive but not helpful. For instance, all of the TV shows were in German and we couldnt figure out how to change. They kept saying to refer to the manual, which does not exist. So, we watched the Euro Cup each night without the sound. The pillows were as thin as a sheet of paper. The beds were hard as a rock. no comforter or blanket. 1 roll of toilet paper. Several sets of lights that were not working. Overall, for the price, size, pool and location, I would totally stay here again, but would know going in to buy a pillow. thanks for a great week! ##### Doug M. Uns haben die vielen Sonnenauf- und -untergänge tief beeindruckt. Dachten wir doch, jeder Sonnenuntergang und jeder Sonnenaufgang sei gleich, so wurden wir dort eines Besseren belehrt. Jeder Moment im Chalet ist einzigartig und wunderschön. Es gefällt uns immer wieder, dorthin zu reisen. Die große Küche und die vielen Schlafzimmer machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Es ist faszinierend, mit den besten Menschen dort einen Urlaub zu verbringen. Was uns allerdings nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass wir erst um 16 Uhr ins Haus konnten. Wir waren schon um 09:00 Uhr auf der Insel und mussten mit unserer 5-jährigen Tochter sehen, wie wir den Tag bis dahin am besten verbringen. Trotzdem ist dieses Chalet der perfekte Ort für Erholung und unvergessliche Erlebnisse. Es liegt in der Bucht von Palma direkt and der Steilküste. Wir wurden von Carlos begrüßt der uns gute Tips gegeben hat. Das Haus ist riesig und super sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Besonders hat uns der Vorrat an frischen Zitronen und Orangen gefallen. Wir waren dort um 2 Geburtstage zu feiern und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Stefan ##### Stefan S.
