Villa 'Es Raco Sa Rapita' with Sea View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

The accommodation is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature and detached houses. The house has been completely renovated in the traditional style, with all whitewashed walls in bright white.



The house of 193 square meters, is divided into two floors, on the first floor is the living-dining room with two sofas and TV with satellite reception, as well as digital terrestrial TV and free WIFI, two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with single bed and fitted closets, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine, among others. On the upper floor there is a magnificent suite with formidable views, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a single bed that can be transformed into a double bed and a terrace with unobstructed views.



The large terrace with unobstructed views is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill / barbecue.



It has a nice swimming pool surrounded by a large natural grass area.



The house is located in a very quiet residential area directly bordering the forest, a Mediterranean forest of pines and wild olive trees. Therefore, it offers a wonderful place to relax and disconnect from everyday stress.



It is located 300 meters from the sea, in a very accessible area for swimming.



At 3 kilometers from the wonderful beaches of Sa Rapita and Es Trenc, where you can enjoy bathing and water sports in paradisiacal beaches.



At 1.5 kilometers from Sa Ràpita, where you can find stores and restaurants, as well as stroll along its quiet promenade.

Schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend.

Pros: Das Haus war sehr sauber und es sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
