Villa with private pool in the residential area of Bahia Grande just 15-20 minutes driving from the airport.

The house is arranged on one floor (top floor closed) and consists of living room with terrace and access to the pool, fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, one of them is a suite with dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower, another bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds, both sharing bathroom.

Outside barbecue, swimming pool of 7x4 m surrounded by solarium terrace. Sunbeds and garden furniture.

The house is equipped with internet access WIFI air-conditioning units (extra cost according to consumption)



The distance to supermarket 500 m and 6 km Cala Blava and the beach of El Arenal 9 km and to the beach of Sa Rapita 20 km.

It was a quiet area which was lovely , needed a few more bars , really nice food . There wasnt a kettle so boiling water in a pan everyday was a bit of a pain . Lovely space in the villa , 5 star rating gor pool. It was big and lovely and kids enjoyed it. Bonus having a bus stop to get to amenities, to visit Palma and L'arenal. Nice relaxed holiday. Thankyou

We had a wonderful vacation at this villa. Everything was excellent: the location, cleanliness, price, the amazing pool, and seamless check-in/check-out. The facilities were top-notch, and the owner was very friendly.However, we encountered a major issue in the kitchen, where there were cockroaches everywhere. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the kitchen as planned, especially since we were with two children. While we tried to handle the problem ourselves, a professional cleaning is definitely needed. I mention this so future guests are aware, just as I would have appreciated knowing beforehand.Despite this, I highly recommend the villa and would gladly return if this issue is resolved, as health is very important.

Villa perfecta para quien quiera disfrutar de la casa y piscina, no para hacer turismo. Prácticamente todo lo que hay que ver en Mallorca se encuentra a mínimo 1 hora de coche excepto Palma. El mobiliario de la vivienda es antiguo y muchas cosas están defectuosas, los colchones están sucios y son incómodos, el menaje y mobiliario de la cocina es viejo, esta sucio y pegajoso. Lo positivo de la villa es la parte exterior, su piscina y barbacoa dan mucho juego aunque no es suficiente para el precio pagado. Otra cosa positiva es la rápida respuesta y profesionalidad de Planet Villas, sin duda, para futuras vacaciones volveremos a contar con ellos aunque no con Villa Eny.
